Parts Specialist

The main responsibility of the Parts Counter Specialist is to ensure customers receive the correct part in a quick and efficient manner. This will include verification of machine, look up of equipment diagram, and proper pulling of necessary parts. This position will also stock showroom and parts room, conduct rolling inventories and ensure parts and surrounding areas are clean and presentable. This position will interact with the public in person, on the phone, and online. Exceptional customer service skills are a must. Previous experience in parts is highly desired.


Warranty and Insurance Service Advisor

The main responsibility of the Warranty and Insurance Service Advisor is to ensure all warranty claims are filed accurately and in a timely manner.  Additionally, the Warranty and Insurance Service Advisor create service quotes and ensure all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the service process.  They will also assist the other service advisors by communicating to customers throughout the service process from drop- off to pick up.  This includes customer and equipment information as well as contacting customers to notify of equipment repair or servicing status. In addition, the Service Advisor will answer phone calls and questions regarding customer’s equipment, coordinate with mechanics on equipment and work performed, and assist in organizing customer equipment on intake and pick up, as necessary.
