Service Shop Policy

All Service work conducted by Riddle Tractor carries a 90 day warranty on Parts and Labor from the date the repair was completed unless otherwise specified in writing. 

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY POLICY IS SET BY THE MANUFACTURER AND COVERS MANUFACTURER DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP for the period specified in their specific warranty policy. IT DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE CAUSED BY NEGLECT OR ABUSE. Riddle Tractor will strive to get items covered under the manufacturer warranty when applicable. Should the manufacturer deem a repair to not be covered by their warranty, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the repair bill. 

Once informed that Service work is complete, customers will have 15 days to pick up their machine. After 15 days a storage fee may be assessed. If after 90 days the equipment has not been picked up and the bill has not been paid, Riddle Tractor will assume that customer no longer wants the equipment, will consider the equipment abandoned, and will legally be able to take possession of equipment. 

Loaner mowers, WHEN AVAILABLE, will be provided to COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS who have equipment PURCHASED HERE in for WARRANTIED repairs. Rental mowers and other equipment, when available, can be rented at the posted rental rates.
